We are seeking a paid ads manager with a passion for performance marketing and an interest in the construction and home services industry. Our ideal candidate is analytically minded, client-focused, and obsessed with results not just clicks, but real booked jobs.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communicator who can explain campaign performance clearly to non-marketers
  • Track record of managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with measurable ROI
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, landing pages, and local search advertising
  • Able to manage multiple client accounts at various stages simultaneously
  • Driven by data, honest about what's working, and quick to adapt when it isn't
Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google Search and Meta for contractor clients
  • Own the full performance funnel from ad creative to cost-per-booked-job
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking and campaign reporting for each client
  • Write and test compelling ad copy tailored to local homeowner markets
  • Coordinate with the client success team to ensure ad leads are followed up on correctly

Experience in home services or construction marketing is a major plus.

We are seeking a client success manager who genuinely cares about the businesses we work with. Our clients are contractors busy, hands-on, and trusting us with their growth. Our ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and the kind of person clients feel good calling.

What We're Looking For
  • Clear, confident communicator comfortable on calls with business owners
  • Track record in a client-facing role: account management, customer success, or similar
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, automation tools, and basic marketing platforms
  • Highly organised you track open items, follow through, and don't drop the ball
  • Motivated by client wins and long-term relationship building
Responsibilities
  • Own client relationships post-onboarding regular check-ins, reporting, issue resolution
  • Monitor campaign and automation performance across your client portfolio
  • Translate results into plain-language updates that clients actually understand
  • Escalate technical issues internally and see them through to resolution
  • Identify the right moments to introduce clients to additional products

Background in marketing services or working with trade businesses is a strong plus.

We are seeking a local SEO specialist and web builder with an interest in the construction industry. Our ideal candidate knows how to get contractor websites ranking in competitive local markets and can build clean, fast, conversion-focused pages from the ground up.

What We're Looking For
  • Solid understanding of local SEO Google Business Profile, citations, on-page signals, page speed
  • Hands-on experience building websites using WordPress, GHL, Webflow, or similar
  • Able to write or edit SEO-optimised content for local service pages
  • Comfortable managing multiple client sites at different stages
  • An eye for mobile-first design that loads fast and converts visitors into leads
