  • Accounting records: seven years, as required by law.
  • Job applications: 6 months after the recruitment closes, unless you've consented to longer.
  • Analytics statistics: 14 months at most.

05Who Can Access Your Data

We never sell your personal data. To run the website and deliver our services we use a number of providers who process data on our behalf. We have data processing agreements in place with all of them.

ProviderWhat it's used for
Google (Analytics, Fonts, Ads)Visitor statistics, fonts and advertising
Microsoft ClarityAnonymised analysis of how pages are used
CalendlyBooking calls
TypeformThe short form before the video on the booking page
LoomVideo playback
MetaAdvertising, if you arrived via an ad

Some of these providers process data in the US. The transfer relies on the UK's data bridge / adequacy arrangements, or standard contractual clauses, as applicable.

06Cookies

We use cookies for two purposes. Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and are always set. Analytics and embed cookies are only set once you've accepted them in the cookie banner.

Until then, neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity is loaded. Embedded content from Calendly, Typeform and Loom on the booking page loads when you visit that page, since it's needed for you to watch the video and book a time. Those providers may set their own cookies. You can change your choice at any time via cookie settings at the bottom of the page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

07Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • find out what data we process about you and get a copy of it,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • have data deleted, where we have no legal obligation to keep it,
  • request that processing is restricted,
  • object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest,
  • receive data you've given us in a machine-readable format and move it, and
  • withdraw any consent you've given at any time, without affecting processing carried out before that.

Get in touch at levolead@gmail.com and we'll help. We normally reply within 30 days.

08Complaints

If you think we're handling your personal data incorrectly, we'd like the chance to hear from you first. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

09Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new provider. The latest version is always on this page, along with the date it was last changed.
